d. The change of use and the return to cultivation of areas historically used for agricultural purposes
shall be subject to the environmental protection procedures established in Law 7/1994 and the
restrictions laid down in that Law.
e. A change of use for forest land not previously cultivated shall require
prior authorisation from the Regional Ministry of the Environment, supported by
an Environmental Impact Assessment, regardless of the gradient of the area affected by the
change of use, with the content set out in Article 98 of the Regulations implementing the
2/1992 on Forestry in Andalusia.
Article 13.23.- Special Protection Non-Developable Land in the Cabo de G Natural Park
This zone corresponds to the land within the municipality included in the Cabo de G Natural Park
Compliance with the provisions of the PORN and the PRUG shall be mandatory in this zone.
